  Must say that this company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Hands down. It has been over 2 months since I made the order and it only shipped this week because I finally got them on the line and demanded that they get things moving. Apparently there was a problem with the name tag, and they were holding the jacket (which was ready) from shipping. I understand that this jacket takes a while to prepare and that is not my issue with this company. However the fact that there is no communication is very bothersome. Other than a $400 charge to my credit card about a month and a half in (of which no notification was made by Perrone, I just randomly noticed it on my CC statement), I received no indication of the order progress. Like others have said, this company is getting my business only because I am restricted by my employer to this product, otherwise I would take my $400 elsewhere. Edit: I see that they throw around the fact that their phone lines are down pretty often. My advice to you guys at Perrone, get a better phone service provider. You are over 100 year old company that sells $400 products, I'm sure you can make that happen. It'll definitely do good for your customer service.
